This summer I was selected for the Sunkissed VoxBox from Influenster. Here are some of my thoughts on the products included. ALL products on this post were received complimentary from Influenster.
Long lasting with a beautiful shine. Although I wasn’t crazy about the color I received my mother found that it matched a lot of her work outfits. Plus with such an affordable nail polish I’ll definitely buy SinfulShine in a color I like next time I need a new polish.
Goody Hair Ouchless Ribbon Elastics
I completely adore these ribbon elastics from Goody! These elastics are pain free, pretty, and a must have for any girl. The Goody ribbon elastics are colorful and have a unique style but are still able to get the job done. Plus as a bonus if you love to have an elastic on you at all times you can wear a Goody ribbon elastic on your wrist and it will look like a bracelet! My only complaint is that these bands are a little too small for my thick hair, but I still enjoy using them for my braids. I can’t wait for Goody to make more of these elastics with new colors! *fingers crossed*
Dr. Scholl’s For Her High Heel Insoles
I was SO excited that these were going to be included in the Sunkissed VoxBox! Unfortunately for me however, this product just did not work for me. I could not position the inserts comfortably into my heels. Also, after many failed attempts, my arch was actually sore for the next few days. I would still try Dr. Scholl’s again but I’d avoid anything with an arch like these.
Does anyone have a recommendation for me?
Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream
I love this BB cream. It is fast and easy. With summer and the heat Olay’s Fresh Effects BB cream is a great substitution for heavy foundation. This BB cream gives good coverage without being super heavy and provides SPF protection. Although I believe this gives good coverage please be aware that it is only a BB cream so it will not cover everything. Think of it as more a sheer coverage to get you through the summer heat.
I’m going to sound like a total dork here but I love those ribbon elastics hair things, too! They don’t pull or break the hair at all, and talk about tons of styles now (though I mainly just use black or brown)! 😀
They are the best!!! My only problem was they were a bit too small to use to make a ponytail but they did make awesome braid holders :). My favorite is the purple and blue!
